Will I need to wear snow clothes to the event?
Please dress for the weather appropriately. There will be snow in Winter Wonderland and slide area, so you may get wet or damp. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a charge for parking?
Yes. Frisco’s Winter Wonderland charges $5 per vehicle.

Am I able to leave the event and re-enter?
You are allowed re entry with a valid handstamp and admission ticket, Frisco’s Winter Wonderland requires you must pay for parking every time you leave the parking lot.

What items are prohibited?
The following is a list posted of prohibited items for this event: knives/weapons etc., drugs & drug paraphernalia, gang related clothing and items, disorderly conduct, wallet chains, costumes, pepper spray, coolers, flashlights and laser pointers, and outside food & beverage.

Are there height restrictions for the Slide and Snow Pit?
SLIDE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT IS 42″ WITH NO LAP SITTING AND CLOSED TOE SHOES MUST BE WORN.

What happens if rains or is windy?
Select entertainment and attractions, without prior notice may be delayed, canceled or not available due to inclement weather or windy conditions. All sales are final and non-refundable. Frisco’s Winter Wonderland is open rain, shine, sleet or snow!

Are there refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Are there ATMs at the event?
Yes there is an ATM located inside the Frisco’s Fresh Market area.

Can guests with special needs attend?
All guest are welcome! The Frisco’s Winter Wonderland provides disabled persons parking

How much does it cost to ride the Snow Slide?
Nothing, the Snow Slide is Included.

Are animals invited?
We love Rudolph, but no animals please!

What is the age requirement to go into the Angry Elf Bar?
All guests must be 21+ and must show a form of I.D in order to get in.

What is the age requirement to go into the Teen Disco Tent?
All guests must be between the ages of 13-19 and must show a school I.D in order to get in.
